Wattage Cottage – Coach Joe Collins
Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 6:30pm – 8:30pm
VO2 Multisport Training Center
This is a 8-week, 16-class program tailored to increase your bike fitness and power. Coach Joe will test your progress along the way. Call the shop for more details.

Sunday Spin – former pro triathlete Mike Hermanson & Coach Joe Collins
Sundays, 8:00am – 10:00am
VO2 Multisport Training Center
This class is every Sunday and will focus on workouts to increase your bike fitness and cardio endurance.

YMCA Spin – John Rodgers
Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 6:00pm – 7:00pm
