Designed for individuals who don’t have time to commit to a one-on-one coaching plan but love and enjoy training with others. A great way to meet other multisport junkies by participating in all of the Endurance activities throughout the year.

Vo2 Endurance “A La Carte” Menu

  • General Consultations & Fees–We realize you might need a mental tune up before a race, swim stroke evaluation, pedaling efficiency critique, or run gait analysis. If this is for you, we can make it happen.

Head Coach, Monica Murphy, is a USA Triathlon Level II Certified Coach and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. She holds a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Business Administration. She has been training and/or coaching athletes for over four years and racing for over five.
