Welcome

Run Groups Begin Wednesday Night July 28th at 6:30pm

Please join us at VO2 Multisport as we prepare for our fall Mini/Marathon Training programs.  All levels of runners and walkers are welcome and we encourage you to bring a friend.  Our group-runs provide education, motivation, and a fun atmosphere!  We will meet at VO2 on Wednesday Nights beginning July 28th at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 7:00am.  Before and after each run the store will be open for restrooms, water, nutrition, and anything else you might need.  
 

 

Wednesday Night Shop Rides!! 

Every Wednesday night @ 6:00.  Pace between 17 & 20mph.  Come join in on the fun.  Call or email us if you have any questions.  info@vo2-multisport.com or 502 290 RIDE (7433). 

Race Day Tune Up

Get your bike tuned for your upcoming race.  Don’t leave something so important to chance.  Let us check it over and get her ready.  Any maintenance or mechanical questions?  Send them our way.  Stop by and we’ll make sure you feel comfortable with any mechanical issues for race day.
