2013 & Beyond

We have always strived to find new ways to better serve our customers. So we set out to revamp our products and the services we offer. Built out of a complete desire to be the best multisport store in the region and to provide a unique experience for our clients VO2 has been reborn. Subpar products dropped & quality products added, the showroom has been expanded, and workout facilities have been improved.

We ushered in 2013 with a list of  New Services that no other bike shop in the region will offer.  We are constantly looking and searching for new ways to make your buying experience with use one you wont soon forget.  Customer service and providing for our clients is always at the top of our list.

• PICK UP & DROP OFF– We know….we dont open till 10a and close at 6p and for all you hard working folks that sometimes creates and issue if you need to have your bike serviced.  Well we just made it easier for you.  We realize you all are busy and the last thing you want to worry about is rearranging your day so you can drop your bike off for a service.  No worries…..we will come to you.  You have training to do…..we have bikes to repair.  So let us take care of you.  We are just a phone call away.  So dont hesitate to call the shop and schedule a time for us to come and pick up your ride.
• DELIVERY– Say what!!  You are telling me VO2 will deliver.  Thats right….we will deliver goodies to you.  If you Know what you need or want and cant make it by the shop then let us bring it to you.  GU’s to shoes….If we have it, we will deliver it.  There is a $25 minimum purchase to take advantage of this service.  I mean dont be calling the store and wanting us to bring 1 GU across the bridge to So. Indiana.  Really?!  Dont act like you didnt think of that just now.

We were recently voted as one of the Top Multisport stores in the United States. This is a wonderful accomplishment but that was based on the past, not the future. What the future holds remains to be seen but from this point of view… it looks pretty good. Come be a part of our family. We would love to be the go-to, one-stop-shop for all your needs.
