Regardless of your sport of choice, you can gain the advantage this fall with Inner Strength Fitness’ new “Yoga for Athletes” class! is Officially in full swing, class will be held every Monday evening from 6:30 to 7:30p at VO2 Multisport. Specially designed for athletes by registered yoga instructor Sarah Ayers.
TRX Kettlebell Iron Circuit Conditioning
SIGN UP NOW and join us for a series of classes that are sure to alter the way you think about group workouts. Back by popular demand—TRX Kettlebell Iron Circuit Conditioning will begin Tuesday January 10th at 6am. (Cost is $100/2x a week/4 week session).

Saturday Seminars & Demonstrations
January 28th at 12p. Join us Saturday, January 28th at 12pm for an informative look at whats new for 2012. We will be looking at New Gear and Gadgets for the triathlete in 2012. With so many new products hitting the market over the past couple of years, we want to help you decipher what to is approiate for your training. There is no cost to attend. Just come prepared to learn.
Fall/Winter Spin & Run Schedule
Monday Night Group Spin 5:30p to 6:15p…..But there’s a catch – Ladies only (sorry guys). This will be an instructor led class for all rider levels. You will get out of it what you put into it. No cost to you. Bring your bike and trainer and we’ll provide the rest. Call to reserve your spot today. The cool thing is….yoga follows at 6:30. So spin and then get your yoga on.
Wednesday Night Group Spin begins at 5:30p and goes through 6:30p. Great for intermediate to advanced riders. Instructor Led. Bring your own bike and trainer.
Sunday Morning Group Spin 7a to 9a. Come join the premier spin group in the Louisville market. Designed for all levels this is sure to get your blood flowing early in the morning. Instructor led and leg jamming we can guarantee you will leave a little sweat behind. A great way to keep yourself in shape in the offseason. Bring your bike and trainer. Please call ahead to reserve your spot.
Saturday Morning Group Runs 7:00a. Great for all levels looking to get a long intermediate/long run in. Course and distance will vary throughout the year. All runs leave from VO2 & Seneca Park. Check our FB status or call to see where the weekly run will be leaving from.
